Description

Our LED Teeth Whitening Gel gives you shorter treatments without the usual dentist price. It is made in a USA dental lab and works with a blue or white LED whitening light to shorten each session to 10 minutes. One large syringe provides up to 20 treatments, making it good value if you already own an LED kit.

Unlike our standard gel, the LED formula is activated by the light to help it whiten in less time. It contains 18% carbamide peroxide and is best suited to those who have whitened before or want a stronger option. Our gel does not contain harmful fillers, additives or animal byproducts, and it is made to help reduce sensitivity. We make new batches every few months so it does not sit in storage for long periods. The 10g syringe works with whitening kits that use a blue or white LED light, which means you can keep using the light and trays you already own. Each tube provides enough gel for up to 20 treatments.

How it works

As the peroxide from the whitening gel is broken down by the patient's / client's saliva, water and gingival crevicular fluids, oxygen enters the enamel and dentin, bleaching colored substances white, leaving the structure of the tooth unchanged. The product is designed to be used with any full-spectrum (white) or blue-colored bleaching lamp. Certain wavelengths of light emitted from the lamp aids in activating the peroxide and helps it penetrate the surface of the tooth. Light-white contains a patent-pending and proprietary microencapsulated photo-initiator that acts as an interface between the light and the peroxide. The pH of Light-White is 7.0.

The true essence of the Light-White patent pending technology is that its composition is contained within a convenient, cost-efficient single chamber delivery system in gel form having dispersed therein pressure-sensitive or hydration-sensitive microcapsules containing a light-activated photo-initiator of a peroxyl-containing teeth whitening composition that are liberated upon mechanical manipulation of the microcapsules or by exposure of the photo-initiator microcapsules to water or other oral fluids.

Instructions

Place a small line of gel inside the front of each mouth tray. Insert the trays and use a compatible blue or white LED whitening light for 10 minutes. Remove the trays, rinse your mouth and clean the trays with cool water.

Choose the 18% CP or 6% HP strength if you want quicker whitening or have previously used whitening gels without sensitivity issues. If you have sensitive teeth start with the 10% CP.

Is our gel suitable for people with sensitive teeth?

Yes. Our formula desensitises nerve endings at the pulp-dentin border during application. This minimises sensitivity and maximises comfort. If you do have sensitive teeth, we recommend using our 10% carbamide peroxide formula.

How do I apply your whitening gel?

Dispense a small line of gel (or dot apply) halfway up the front surface of your trays. Insert the tray, lightly tap the sides to spread the gel evenly, and wear for 45-60 minutes. After treatment, remove the tray, rinse your mouth thoroughly (do not swallow), wipe any excess gel from the gums, and clean the tray with cool water.

How long will it take to see results?

Most users see visible whitening within 1 week of consistent daily 45-60 minute treatments. Results vary depending on individual teeth and staining levels.

How long will my results last?
