Returns Policy
Unopened Items
Unopened and unused items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they’re still in their original sealed packaging.
Refund Options
When your return is approved, you can either: Get a refund back to your original payment method (less the postage we paid, or an $8.95 restocking fee if your order had free shipping), or Choose 100% store credit with no deductions.
Opened Items
For hygiene reasons, opened or used products can’t be returned. If your item arrived damaged or faulty, just contact us within 7 days and we’ll organise a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Return to Sender Parcels
If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or because it wasn’t collected in time, we can resend it for you. Australia Post charges $11.95 for return-to-sender mail, and the following applies:
- Refunds: The original postage cost and the $11.95 return fee will be deducted from your refund. (If your order had free postage, an $8.95 restocking fee applies instead, plus the $11.95 return fee.)
- Resending your order: We will cover the $11.95 return fee, and you will only need to repay the standard $8.95 postage cost. Click here to pay for your return postage
Product Exceptions
Whiter Smile Kits & Gels
If you bought a Whiter Smile branded whitening kit or gel and aren’t happy with the results after finishing it, email us and we’ll send you a stronger strength gel at no cost. Postage for the replacement gel will need to be paid by you. Other brands aren’t eligible for exchange.
Whiter Smile Mouth Trays
We know trays can be tricky to mould, which is why we include a spare third tray (excluding premium trays). If all three attempts don’t work out, we can offer a replacement at 50% off. Postage for the replacement tray will need to be covered by you.
Warranties
Night Guards
Manufacturer warranties for night guards are only valid in the USA, so we can’t honour them in Australia. All guards are designed as one size fits all, but you may need to trim with scissors if yours feels too large. For selected higher-priced guards, we include mouldable trays as a backup. If you’re not happy with the fit or moulding process, we’ll give you 50% off a replacement or a different brand. Please contact us before returning, as we can usually help with fitting tips.
How to Return
If your return fits the conditions above, there’s no need to get in touch first — just send it our way. Make sure it’s securely packaged so it arrives safely and please include your original invoice.
Once we receive it, we’ll process your refund or store credit within 5 business days.
