Instructions

Load the guard into the forming tray and test the position beneath your upper teeth. Bring water at least 1.5 inches deep to a rolling boil, remove it from the heat and wait 10 seconds. Place the loaded guard face down in the water for 45 seconds, remove it with a fork and dip it in room temperature water for no more than one second. Centre it beneath the upper teeth, bite firmly for at least two minutes, then rinse under cool water for 20 seconds before removing the guard from the forming tray.
