Instructions

Hold your Tongue Sweeper so that the "Tongue Sweeper" logo faces up. GENTLY sweep your tongue surface from back to front. 3 to 4 sweeps, once a day (or as directed by your dentist or physician), are sufficient to produce the best results. Rinse instrument after each use. Not recommended for children under 6.
