We will accept a return on most unopened products within 30 days of tracking showing your order being received. There's no need to contact us beforehand, simply return the item back to us at our address shown below and we will refund your payment minus restocking fee (which only covers our initial costs) OR credit your account to the full amount within 5 business days. Please let us know what you would prefer. We accept returns on all products EXCEPT mouth rinses. Once returned, you have 2 choices: Refund minus $8.95 restocking fee (this covers our initial postage costs) OR 100% credit of your order if you would like to purchase a different product.

Opened Products
Due to health & safety reasons we are unable to offer refunds on the majority of our products if the product has already been opened. Please find our only exceptions on the right.
Teeth Whitening Gel
If you have purchased a Whiter Smile branded teeth whitening kit or whitening gel and the results have not met your expectations after finishing, send us an email and we will send you a free replacement of a stronger strength gel. We are unable to exchange any other branded products.
Teeth Whitening Mouth Trays
We understand there is an element of difficulty in moulding any type of mouth tray which is why we include an extra third tray (excluding our premium trays). If after trying to mould all three trays you are unsuccessful, we can offer a replacement at 50% off.
Night Guards
Night guard warranties are only valid in the USA and we are unable to honour them in Australia. All our night guards are designed to be one size fits all but due to everyone's mouth shape being different, you may need to trim part of the guard with scissors if you find yours too large. As a backup, for selected night guards priced over a certain a point, we include for free a set of mouldable trays for you to use and try. If you are unhappy with the fit of your purchase or the moulding process goes astray and require a replacement or would like to try a different brand, we will refund 50% off the price from your initial night guard order. We highly recommend you contact us before returning any night guard as we can usually make suggestions to help.
