How To Use
Perform twice a day - morning and bedtime
STEP 1: Brush and rinse using the TheraBreath Toothpaste and the TheraBreath Oral Rinse, being careful to follow all product directions.
STEP 2: Dilute the TheraBreath AktivOxigen solution according to directions on the bottle. Do not use the AktivOxigen solution undiluted. Gargle with the diluted AktivOxigen solution for 10-20 seconds, trying to get it as far back in your mouth and throat as possible.
STEP 3: Blow your nose to clear your nasal passages. Tilt your head back and gently squeeze 3-5 drops of TheraBreath Nasal Sinus Drops solution into each nostril. Allow drops to run through your sinuses and down your throat.
Perform throughout the day
STEP 4: Extend the TheraBreath Throat Spray nozzle and spray 4-5 times directly on the back of the throat to help dissolve tonsil stones and neutralise bacteria responsible for their formation.
