"Free Trial" Scam Notice

We have become aware of a current possible online scam or very misleading advertisement from an American based business under the same/ a similar to ours scamming people with ‘product trials’ and then charging them a fee via their credit cards. We at Whiter Smile have never offered such trials and have no plans to in the near future. We endeavour to promote an open and honest relationship with our current and potential customers and although it is very unfortunate that situations like this happen, there is little we can do as the matter is not of our business.

However, we are currently working with the relevant authorities (The Australian and Competition and Consumer Commission – in Australia) in this matter.

If you have been affected by the scam, to help assist would you please help in answering any of the following questions relating to your purchase?

• The web address which you purchased from.
• How you got directed to the web address.
• Please also send us any email receipts or order confirmations which you had received from the company on placing the fee trial.

In the meanwhile, we suggest you contact your bank saying this company took money out of your account without your authorisation to try to get a reversal on the payment.
