Instructions
To help remineralise your teeth during teeth whitening simply apply the gel into your mouth trays for 5-10 minutes once or twice a week. To help with tooth sensitivity during whitening simply place the gel into your trays and leave for 10-15 minutes after each session. This can be repeated as often as required.
