Whiter Smile has a strict privacy policy which all employees must adhere by. Whiter Smile will not disclose customers' information to any third party. In the event of a merger/acquisition/sale of Whiter Smile, Whiter Smile will transfer customer details to the new owners - transfer of customer information would be handled appropriately by using AES 256bit Encryption (unbreakable password) to transfer customer information to help prevent customer information from being intercepted by unintended people. Each customer has the option to opt out by notifying Whiter Smile via E-Mail.
