6 Easy Steps

|
Step 1: Practice. Place the tray over the upper teeth. Without placing the tray in boiling water, practice with your tongue on the roof of your mouth and touching the inside of the tray, suck the air from the tray. This contours the guard to the inside surface of the teeth. Repeat with the lower tray.
Step 2: Heat. Bring water to a boil. The bowl should be at least 4" deep to ensure the trays full immersion. Remove the container from the heat and place the tray in the hot but not boiling water. Leave the tray in water for 5 seconds. Make sure the edges do not fold onto each other.
Step 3: Mould. Lift the tray vertically from the water using the tab. Carefully and quickly place the tray around the teeth and immediately perform the procedure practiced in step 1.
Step 4: Trim. Once you are satisfied with the fit, trim the front tab away from the tray with scissors. Make sure it is flush with the front surface of the tray.
Step 5: Apply. Place a small bead of gel per tooth in the inside of the tray (.5cc of less per tray). Gel might irritate the gums if the trays are overloaded. Insert the trays carefully keeping the gel on the teeth and away from the gums.
Step 6: Smile. Wear the 22% gel for 15-30 minutes, clean out the trays, and then follow with our reminerlization after bleach gel. |
REMINERALIZATION GEL INSTRUCTIONS
The remineralization gel is used after the bleaching process has been completed.
Rinse out your trays before applying a very small bead in the front and back of the trays. Let it set in your mouth for 4-5 minutes. Remove trays and do not rinse mouth.
Wash and rinse mouth trays thoroughly. It is recommended you remineralize just before going to bed for a thorough nighttime remineralization process. Remineralize once a week during bleaching process and once a week thereafter for a healthy smile.
TONGUE GEL / CLEANER PROCESS
Thoroughly brush your teeth, palate and inside of your cheeks. Place a thin bead of gel along the scraping end of the tongue scraper. Extend your tongue and place the tongue cleaner on the tongue. Gently scrape the tongue surface 6-8 times to make sure the tongue is completely coated with gel. Start in the back of the tongue and scrape forward. It is not necessary to scrape hard. Repeat process daily and rinse the tongue cleaner after each use.
PLASMA LIGHT INSTRUCTIONS
Insert your mouth trays with the gel in them. Place your lips over the clear plastic mouthpiece and turn on your light by pressing the white button. Your light is on a ten-minute timer. For first time users, we recommend that you do a 30-minute treatment by pressing the white button three times. For follow up treatments you will probably only need to use your light for 10 or 20 minutes to received the desired results.
