TEETH WHITENING INSTRUCTIONS GUIDE
Whiter Smile teeth whitening products are so simple and easy to use. You can whiten your teeth from the comfort of your own home any time of the day or night in 6 easy steps:
Step 1: Practice Makes Perfect |

Practice placing the tray over your teeth. With your tongue against the roof of your mouth, suck the air away from the tray until it begins to feel tighter. This will shape the tray to the teeth. When you are comfortable continue with the next step. |

Step 2: Just Add Water |
||
Boil a pan of water approximately 4" in depth so that the tray will be fully immersed but keeping the tab above the water. After the water has come to a boil, turn the heat down so it stops boiling and place the tray in the hot water for 5 seconds. The trays will become very pliable at this point and will tend to stick together. While the trays are in this state avoid twirling them as it may damage the natural contour of the tray. |

Step 3: The Fitting |
||
Lift the tray vertically from the water using the tab. Carefully and quickly place the tray around the teeth and immediately perform the procedure outline in step 1. |

Step 4: Trimming The Trays |
||
Once you are satisfied with the fit, trim the front tab away from the tray with scissors. Make sure it is level with the front surface of the tray. |

Step 5: Bleaching Time! |
||
Brush and floss your teeth before continuing. Place a small line of gel in the front portion of the tray for it to cover your front 6-8 teeth (.5cc or less per tray). The gel might irritate the gums if the trays are overloaded. Insert the trays very carefully keeping the gel on the teeth and away from the gums.

Step 6: Remineralise |

Use our remineralisation gel after each session for the first 5 days for 5 minutes. Do not eat or drink for at least 30 minutes afterwards. Be sure to rinse trays thoroughly after each use and store in a clean, dry place. Repeat process daily until you reach the desired shade. |
FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS
Plasma Light |

Open the battery lid by turning it to the left and remove the protective battery slip underneath the batteries. Reinsert the batteries and put the battery lid back on, locking it to the right. Insert your mouth trays with the gel in them. Place your lips over the clear plastic mouthpiece and turn on your light by pressing the ‘on’ button. Your light is on a ten minute timer. Use the light every time you bleach your teeth for faster results.

Reminerlisation Gel |
|
The remineralisation gel is used after the bleaching process has been completed. In clean trays, apply a small line in the front portion of the trays and let it set in your mouth for 5 minutes. Use the gel after each session for the first 5 days and once every 3 days thereafter during the bleaching process. Do not eat or drink for at least 30 minutes afterwards. Be sure to rinse trays thoroughly after each use and store in a clean, dry place.

Silicone Mold Trays |
|
This double sided tray has a silicone molding solution which you bite into. The silicone molding creates an exact replica of your teeth allowing for a closer fitting mold and application. |
Teeth Whitening Pens |
|
Wipe front of teeth exposed when smiling with a dry gauze or clean cloth. Click pen until gel is exposed on brush and paint a thin layer of gel on the front of teeth exposed when smiling, avoiding gel getting on your gums. Keep lips away from teeth for 30 seconds and rinse your mouth gently to expel any excess gel. Do not eat or drink for at least 30 minutes after application to allow the gel to be fully absorbed. Repeat treatment morning and night for optimum results. |
